Delete your account

You can delete your V Gold Silver account and its data at any time.

1Delete in the app (instant)

  1. Open the V Gold Silver app and sign in.
  2. Tap the profile icon at the top right of the Rates screen.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

2Request deletion without the app

Send us a request from your registered mobile number or email. We will verify it is you, delete your account within 7 days and confirm to you.

3What happens to your data

Deleted permanently

  • Your account and login (name, email, password)
  • Mobile / WhatsApp number and address
  • Firm details, PAN and Aadhaar numbers
  • KYC documents and profile photo
  • Custom jewellery requests, including your photos
  • Push notification registrations

Kept without your personal details

  • Records of completed transactions (invoice number, product, quantity, rate, amount), only as long as Indian tax law requires.
