How do I create an account?
Open the app, tap the sign-in icon at the top right, then choose Register. Fill in your details and submit. Our team approves new accounts, usually the same business day.
My account says "pending approval".
New accounts are checked by our team before they are activated. If it has been more than one business day, call or WhatsApp us and we will help.
I forgot my password.
Contact us by phone or WhatsApp from your registered mobile number and we will reset it for you.
Rates are not updating.
Check your internet connection. Rates update automatically in real time; if the connection drops, tap the refresh icon at the top of the Rates screen.
I am not receiving notifications.
Open your phone Settings → Notifications → V Gold Silver and make sure notifications are allowed.
How do I delete my account?
In the app go to Profile → Delete Account. You can also ask us to delete it. Read more.
